From grove to table, every choice is guided by respect for the environment and the land.
Short Supply Chain
Our olive groves are just a few kilometres from the mill. We harvest and press on the same day, reducing transport emissions and ensuring maximum freshness.
Zero Waste
Residual pomace is reused as biomass to heat the mill. Vegetation water is treated and reused for fertigation of the olive groves.
Conscious Packaging
We use recyclable dark glass to protect the oil from light, FSC-certified cardboard, and recycled paper filling instead of plastic.
Biodiversity
We cultivate native Calabrian varieties (Carolea, Dolce di Rossano, Grossa di Cassano), preserving the genetic heritage of our territory.
Natural Cultivation
We use no herbicides or synthetic chemical pesticides. Soil management relies on natural cover cropping and return pruning.
Local Community
We exclusively employ local workers and partner with local schools for food and environmental education workshops.
