9.1 When and how to exercise it

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). The period starts on the day you receive the products, or on which a person you name, other than the courier, receives them. If you order several products delivered separately, it starts on delivery of the last one.

The easiest way is the "Withdraw from the contract here" function on the order page. You reach it from your account, from the link in the confirmation email or from the "Track order" page with the order number and email, even if you have not registered. You select the products, confirm with the "Confirm withdrawal" button and receive an email straight away with the text of your statement, the date and the time (art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).

You can also withdraw with any other explicit statement, by email to info@frantoiocarrozzino.it or by PEC to the address in section 1, using the form at the end of these terms if you wish. In that case we confirm receipt by email. You meet the deadline if you send the notice before it expires. The withdrawal takes effect from the moment you notify it, even before our reply.

9.2 Returning the products

In our reply to your notice, we give you the address to send the products to. Return the products within 14 days of your notice, with care and, if you can, in the original packaging. The cost of returning the products is yours. Choose a tracked shipment, because the risk of the return transport is yours.

9.3 Refund

We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until the products have come back to us or you show proof that you have sent them. We refund by the same means as the payment. For bank transfer and cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us, at no cost to you. The part paid with a gift voucher returns to the voucher; if the voucher has expired in the meantime, we issue a new one for the same amount, valid for one year.

The refund includes the standard shipping costs and the cash on delivery charge, if you paid it. If you chose express shipping, the difference from standard shipping remains at your expense.

9.4 Exclusions and opened products

You cannot withdraw for sealed cosmetics that you opened after delivery: creams and soap bars are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene (Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code). Cosmetics that are still sealed are returned like the other products.

Oil and dressings are not excluded from withdrawal, because they keep for a long time. If you have opened the packaging, however, we cannot resell them for reasons of hygiene. In this case you are liable for the diminished value of the products (Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code) and we may deduct it from the refund. You are also liable for diminished value caused by any other handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

9.5 Gift vouchers

You can withdraw from the purchase of a voucher within 14 days of purchase, if you have not used it, even in part.

Annex I, part B, of Directive 2011/83/EU (Annex I, part B, of Legislative Decree 206/2005). Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
