Cookie policy
In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
In accordance with the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021. Version of October 2026.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files that the site saves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage and Cache Storage) is a browser space that serves similar purposes. On this page we call them "tools".
The controller is Frantoio Carrozzino - Terre di SanGregorio, trading as "Frantoio Carrozzino - Terre di SanGregorio" (full details in the privacy notice).
2. Categories
- Technical. They are needed for the site to work or for a service you asked for: login, basket, form security, language, currency. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off from the banner.
- Functional. They remember your choices to improve browsing, such as recently viewed products, or make Google services work, such as the map and the anti-spam check on forms. We use them only with your consent.
- Analytics. They measure how the site is used, in aggregate form. We use them only with your consent.
We do not use profiling or marketing cookies.

4. Consent and how to change it
On your first visit, the banner asks you to choose the categories. The button to accept and the button to refuse have equal prominence. Until you choose, we use only the technical tools. Closing the banner or continuing to scroll the page does not count as consent. Analytics and functional tools start only after your choice. The map loads if you have allowed functional tools or if you press "Show the map".
You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Withdrawn consent stops the use of the tools. Those already saved stay in the browser until they expire or until you delete them in your browser settings. For third-party tools, you can also contact the provider.
reCAPTCHA protects the registration and login pages from automated programs. Because Google runs it and may also use the data for its own purposes, we load it only with your consent: if you have allowed functional tools it activates by itself, otherwise press "Enable spam protection" in the form. If you do not enable it, you cannot register or log in, but you can order without an account.
5. Third parties
- Google Analytics 4 collects browsing data and purchase events (products, amounts, order number). We use them for aggregate statistics.
- Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps receive the IP address and browser data when their content loads, that is, after your consent.
- Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment page, which opens on its domain.
Google and Stripe may transfer data to the United States with the safeguards described in the privacy notice.
6. Other ways to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from the settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and other browsers. If you block the technical ones, login, basket and payment may not work.
